Frequently asked questions
🕐 What are your delivery days and timings?
We deliver Monday to Friday between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
🥗 What’s included in one tiffin?
Each tiffin includes:
Dal / Rice
One sabji (vegetable curry)
One beans/dal curry
4 chapatis
Fresh salad
Portions are designed to provide a balanced, satisfying meal for one adult.
🚗 Do you offer pickup?
No — at the moment, we only offer delivery. We bring your fresh, home-style food directly to your door.
📦 What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free in our main service areas (Finchley, Barnet, Hendon, Hampstead, Whetstone, and nearby).
For addresses outside these areas (e.g., N5, N6, NW2, N22), a small delivery charge applies, which we’ll confirm at the time of booking.
💳 How do I pay?
All orders must be paid online in advance to confirm your booking.
💻 Our website payment system will be live by 6th September 2025, making it easy and secure for you to place and pay for orders online.
📅 Can I book for the whole week?
Yes — if you book 5 days in advance (Monday to Friday), the total cost is £45 instead of £50 — a saving of £5.
💳 What if I book and pay, but my address is outside your delivery area?
Don’t worry — if we cannot deliver to your address, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund within 5 working days.
⚠️ Do you cater for allergies?
Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. While we take great care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.
